1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and dior88b ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the dior88b platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any downloadable application — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the dior88b website and any associated services. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with dior88b's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility

To use the dior88b platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

dior88b reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or the withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on dior88b. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes. dior88b shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep account information up to date.

You are solely responsible for all activities carried out under your dior88b account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at the contact details provided on this site. dior88b will never contact you to request your full password.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dior88b are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. We support a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Boost, GrabPay, FPX, and select cryptocurrency options.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. These thresholds may vary depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawals are processed subject to successful completion of our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
• We reserve the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

dior88b may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and promotional incentives to registered users. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the promotion.

• Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are only available to players who have made a qualifying deposit, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
• Each promotional offer is limited to one redemption per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• dior88b reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus offers — including through multiple accounts, artificial wagering patterns, or collusion — will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to account closure.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on dior88b are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant product — whether sportsbook, live casino, slots, fishing games, or any other category available on the platform. These product-specific rules are accessible from within each game or betting market.

• Bets are only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and a transaction reference number. Until that point, no bet has been accepted.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction during the placement of a bet, dior88b reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to your account.
• Odds for sportsbook events — including Malaysia Super League, EPL, UFC, and international football — are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager.
• dior88b reserves the right to limit stakes, refuse bets, or restrict account betting activity in its sole discretion, particularly in cases where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Winnings from casino games and slots are calculated according to the published paytable or odds for each respective game at the time of the bet.

7 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following activities while using the dior88b platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider trading in connection with any sporting event or casino game available on the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that contravenes applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing dior88b staff, agents, or other users through any communication channel.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.

Any breach of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8 Privacy & Data

dior88b is committed to protecting the personal data of all registered users. Our collection, storage, and processing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering on dior88b, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and service improvement. 9 Intellectual Property

All content on the dior88b platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game assets, and software — is the exclusive property of dior88b or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the dior88b platform without our express written permission.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dior88b shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

dior88b's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your account at the time the relevant event giving rise to the claim occurred.

dior88b does not warrant that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted or error-free basis. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability, but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows or in the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11 Termination

dior88b reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that a user has breached any provision of these Terms or if it is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory requirement.

Upon termination of your account, any pending bonus or promotional balance will be voided. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the deduction of any amounts you owe to dior88b.

12 Amendments to These Terms

dior88b reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which dior88b holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules of the relevant jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
